Age Verification

You must be over the age of 21 to make purchases on this site. Age verification is required. A valid photo ID showing the birthdate will be required for proof. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not complete the purchase.

You will be notified via email. All orders that fail to pass the age verification within 1-2 business days will be cancelled and funds will be refunded back to the original credit/debit card. The refund can take up to 48-72 business hours depending on the customer's bank operations.

Retail orders above $99.99 are shipped for free for customers in United States only. There will be additional charges for Priority service. Shipping fees are non-refundable. CloudV service team must be informed of any issues or broken packages within three days of the customer receiving the package.
