How does the CloudV ELECTRO work?
The all new CloudV ELECTRO 4 is easy to use and maintain. Once unpackaged, it is recommended to charge your Electro for at least 3 hours before the first use. This is important to condition the battery for its lifespan. The display will show the battery capacity as it charges. Connect the charging cable to the USB-C port. Do not leave the battery connected for extended periods of times. Once charging is complete, disconnect the cable.
Once fully charged, remove the bubbler from the battery. Fill the ELECTRO Bubbler with water and secure it gently onto the battery base. Make sure the glass is sitting tightly on the base. Press the power button 3 times in sequence to activate the device. The display will ask you to set the desired temperature. Using the left and right buttons on the display, you can adjust the temperature from 450°F to 700°F. When ready, you need to click the power button twice to activate the chosen temperature. Your display will show your nail temperature heating up. Once the set temperature has reached, it will vibrate and the display will show the session time.
To change the session time, click the middle button 4 times in sequence. The display will show session time adjustment mode. You can increase the session time from 30 seconds to 90 seconds. To cancel the heat-up midsession, you may press the home button once.
To change the LED color settings, click the button 5 times in sequence. You can choose the following LED colors: Blue, Green Orange and OFF (no LED).
The device has an automatic shut off time of 90 seconds. When you are not using the device, turn off immediately and store it somewhere safe.
How do you maintain the CloudV ELECTRO?
Cleaning is required to maintain the temperature Controlled CloudV ELECTRO Portable E-Nail and make sure the performance is optimized for longer period of time. Before cleaning your e-nail, make sure it has not been used for at least 30 minutes.
ELECTRO Bubbler
Remove the Bubbler carefully with twisting motion as the glass could be tightly attached to the metal base after multiple use. Using glass cleaner and rubbing alcohol, thoroughly clean the bubbler to remove any residues.
QUARTZ Chamber
Before getting in contact with the chamber, make sure the device is not activated and the nail is not hot for at least 30 minutes. Using a protective glove, unscrew the nail from the base. Using rubbing alcohol, wipe the nail dish. Be sure to let it dry completely before using again. For the best performance, it is recommended to replace the nails every 2-3 months.
Battery
Do not insert anything into the opening of the device. If you are not going to use CloudV ELECTRO for extended period of time, you need to charge the battery every 2-3 weeks to sustain the life of the battery.
Note: If any parts are damaged, contact customer service. Do not disassemble the device.
Warranty
Cloud V Enterprises warrants CloudV ELECTRO battery against defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of 1 year from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user/purchaser. If physical defect arises and a claim is received within the warranty period, it is the responsibility of Cloud V to either repair the product defect or exchange the product with a product that is new or is fully functional

How to Use
The HAZE is easy to use and maintain. Once unpackaged, it is recommended to charge your battery for at least 1 hour before use. This will condition the battery for future charging during its lifespan. The red light on the bottom of the battery (next to the input port) will indicate that the battery is charging. Once the battery is at its full capacity, the charging will stop.
To lock/unlock the battery, you need to click the button 5 times in sequence. It will blink once to indicate that it has done the function. To change the voltage settings, you need to click the button 3 times in sequence. The order of colors are green (3.4V), blue (3.7V) and red (4.2V). To activate the preheat option, press the power button twice. The conduction coil will be activated for 15 seconds to preheat. The device has auto shut off time of 10sec. Be sure to lock your battery after use to avoid accidental activation.
To load the chamber, first remove tHe mouthpiece tip from the glass tube. Place your finely grinded flower into the tube. Close the mouthpiece tip while pushing down the flower to the coil.
Do not remove the glass while the coil is activated at any time.
Maintenance
Cleaning is required to maintain the CloudV HAZE. Remove the glass tube from the battery and using alcohol wipes, gently clean the mouthpiece tip, the atomizer and the glass tube. This will help for the coil function as well as its lifespan. It is recommended to change the atomizer every 1-2 months to maintain the performance. It is recommended to clean the mouthpiece glass and tip with rubbing alcohol. This will clear up the airways. When placing or removing glass pieces, use twisting motion to loosen up the glass from the rings. Pulling or pushing hardly may cause accidental breakage.
Warranty
Cloud V Enterprises warrants CloudV HAZE battery only for three months that it is free of material defects and workmanship. If the battery is found to be defective, the sole liability from Cloud V is to repair or replace the defective battery with a properly functioning one. Warranty does not apply to atomizers or accessories.

Return Policy
The returns for refunds are only accepted within 14 days of original purchase date, and the items must be unused/unmodified, in original condition and packaging. Make sure you have not used the product and all parts and accessories are repackaged in the original box. If the item has been altered in any way, it will not qualify for refund.

How does the CloudV Droid work?
Once unpackaged, your CloudV Droid will be locked. To unlock it, you should press the button 5 times in sequence. For the highest performance, you should charge your Cloud no longer than 1 hour for full charge before use.
You can change the voltage settings by pressing the button 3 times in sequence. To use the preheat option, press the button 2 times in sequence. Preheat option will run at 1.8V for 10 seconds. Use the preheat option when you are using thick essential oils. The battery features 510 threaded connection. You can connect any 510 threaded tank of your choice. To activate the battery, press and hold the button. It will turn off based on the session time chosen.
How does the CloudV Droid charge?
Connect the USB cable to the charging port. Insert the USB Charger into the charging device. The LED around the button will show red while charging and turn green once fully charged.
Warranty
Cloud V Enterprises warrants CloudV Droid Battery against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 3 months from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user/purchaser. If physical defect arises and a claim is received within the warranty period, CloudV will either repair the product defect or exchange the product with a new or fully functional one.
The limited warranty does not apply to normal performance degradation of batteries or neglecting to adhere to cleaning instructions. The limited warranty does not apply if the product is used with non Cloud certified or approved products, used for commercial purposes, damaged by wear and tear, acts of God, misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, modified or tampered with, or any other cause other than defects prior to loading your material. Cartridges and accessories are not covered under warranty.
